documents, forms and
other relevant information
pertaining to construction
permits.

Call Capital Fence for FREE on site estimate and select fence type and style that best suits your needs.
Determine fence placement, number & size of gates, etc… If you do not know where your property markers are you will want to consider hiring a survey company to identify and stake out your property. See Surveyor information under FAQ section.
Determine if you have a Homeowners Association Board that you will need to have review/approve style and location of new fence. If you do have an H.O.A. then you will need to get written permission from them. Contact them for details.
Locate property plat that will be needed for local county permit. This paperwork should be with your settlement paperwork. Give a copy to your Sales Representative or take to your local permit & zoning office to obtain permit.
